The Ultimate Back Bend is an exercise where you bend backwards and place your hands by your ankles. Proceeding to grab hold of your ankles. This is not an exercise to be taken lightly it takes alot of practice.
The Official name of this Back bend is Tiriang Mukbottanasana, but is also just simply referred to as the “back-bend”
This position demand strength in the legs and energy of stay power. It is known to open and activate the 3rd Chakra responsible for Ambition and Willpower, With Dynamic Self Confidence. That is exactly what your need to Master the Back Bend. Physically it strengthens the stomach muscles and massages the intestines, It enlarges the blood circulation in the back and stimulates the nervous system.
